Anna Dannemann
Anna Dannemann is part of the exhibitions team at The Photographers’ Gallery in London. Among other projects, she has curated Charlotte Dumas’ exhibition Anima & The Widest Prairies (2015), Viviane Sassen's exhibition Analemma (2014), the graduate show FreshFaced+WildEyed 2013 and 2014, exhibitions of the photographic work of the acclaimed writer and cult figure William Burroughs and filmmaker David Lynch. She has worked on different exhibitions and publications including projects at the Museum of Everything; Green Cardamom, London; Martin-Gropius-Bau and KW, Berlin.
Anna is interested to see challenging works with conceptual, interdisciplinary approaches to the medium, projects that cross-over between photography and moving image. She is keen to discuss ideas at any stage of project development and would prefer viewing bodies of work of a non- commercial nature by photographers interested in honest feedback on their practice.
