The second weekend of the Festival has passed!

We've started the weekend with Masters Series meetings and guided tours of the exhibitions. On Thursday we had the opportunity to learn more about The PhotoBookMuseum from the institution's director, Markus Schaden, who one day later guided us through the exhibition TRACK-22. Moreover on Friday Clément Saccomani talked about one of the most important photographic agencies in the world - Magnum Photos.

The 10th Portfolio Review was held on Saturday, 23rd May at the Lubicz Office Centre. Following the closed event was the Portfolio Evening, open to the public, where it was possible to meet the reviewers and participants in the Review over a glass of wine and listen to some good music while viewing all the portfolios, these are available to view as a multimedia presentation at the same location until June 14. In addition, last year’s Griffin Art Space Prize winning portfolio by Bogusław Madej was also on display. The Review was accompanied for the second time by the 2015 Griffin Art Space – Lubicz Prize for the author of the best portfolio. The prize is the creation of a series of original, professional collectors’ edition portfolios, one of which will be purchased for the Griffin Art Space Foundation collection. 

On Sunday, in addition to guided tour of the exhibition Foreign Body, the Masters Series meeting with Josef Koudelka took place in Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology.
